Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Electrical South Softtron SN2CH parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Emerson products, including obsoleted and phased-out El-o-matic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Endress-Hauser product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Emerson such as the SKC3400300 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ED0350U2A00A7K0 manufactured by El-o-matic and we are pleased to be able to service most El-o-matic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CM42IAA101EAE00 by Manufacturer Endress-Hauser as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Elte Brand 66181 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Endress-Hauser such as DB52AOS31FC13GE30 equipment made by Endress-Hauser have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MSF045 by Emotron and DB52AOS31FC13GE30 spares by Endress-Hauser are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 162600304 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Emerson-Industrial-Automation.
